NEUROFEEDBACK THERAPY IN WAYNE, PA
Experience a new kind of therapy—grounded in science, backed by research, and designed to support healthier brain patterns and emotional well-being. Available for children, teens, & adults.
You don’t have to try harder. You just need to help your brain find a better way.
Your brain is constantly creating patterns of activity that guide how you think, feel, sleep, focus, and respond to the world around you. So when you’re overthinking everything, feeling on edge, snapping at loved ones, struggling to sleep, or spacing out in conversations…it’s not random.
Neurofeedback helps retrain those patterns so your brain can shift out of chaos and into calm. It gives your nervous system practice finding balance—not by forcing it, but by guiding it there, over and over, until it sticks.
Real change doesn’t have to come through sheer willpower. Sometimes it starts with finally giving your brain the right kind of support.

Healing doesn’t always look like talking. Sometimes, it looks like rewiring behind the scenes.
WHAT TO EXPECT
-
We start with a comprehensive intake and a Quantitative Electroencephalogram (QEEG), also called a “brain map.” This shows information about your brainwave patterns—where they may be overactive or underactive—and how that might relate to concerns with anxiety, focus, or sleep.
You’ll receive a personalized review of your results, so you understand what’s happening, why it matters, and how we’ll move forward.
-
Next, we begin neurofeedback training. Small sensors are placed on your scalp (completely noninvasive—nothing enters your brain). You’ll watch a video or game on a screen that responds to your brain activity in real time.
When your brain moves toward healthier patterns (like calm or focus) the screen rewards it with more sound, light, and faster movements. When it shifts away, the screen dims or slows. This feedback gives your brain practice finding balance, without any effort on your part.
-
Think of neurofeedback like physical therapy for your brain. Just like muscles learn through repetition, your brain starts to recognize what calm, clarity, and focus feel like—and how to return there on its own.
As we continue training, we’ll track your progress, adjust as needed, and celebrate the changes—big and small—as they show up in your daily life.
When your mind won’t slow down, neurofeedback helps your brain remember how.

FAQs
-
No. I offer neurofeedback for children, teens, and adults. If you or your child feels emotionally reactive, impulsive, overwhelmed, or has trouble focusing, neurofeedback can provide gentle, noninvasive support. It helps the brain practice becoming more regulated and calm—without having to “talk it all out.”
-
Neurofeedback can be especially supportive if you’re navigating challenges like anxiety, ADHD, trauma symptoms, sleep struggles, or emotional overwhelm—particularly if talk therapy or medication alone haven’t been enough. It can also support kids and adults who are reactive, impulsive, or easily overstimulated.
It may not be the right fit if you’re unwilling to make small lifestyle changes (like improving sleep hygiene or limiting screen time), since these support your brain’s ability to respond to training.
-
No. Neurofeedback is completely painless and noninvasive. Most clients describe sessions as relaxing. You’ll watch a screen, listen to audio, and let your brain do the work in the background. There’s nothing to “do” or get right—it’s subtle, but powerful.
