FAQS

It’s normal to have questions before reaching out. Below are answers to some common ones — and you’re always welcome to reach out if something isn’t covered here.

  • I see clients in my office in the heart of Wayne, Pennsylvania. The location is central, easy to access, and offers free parking.

I also offer virtual therapy sessions for clients located anywhere in Pennsylvania.

  • Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk through what’s bringing you in. We’ll explore your goals, what support might be most helpful right now, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

  • My fee for individual therapy is $235 per 50-minute session.

I am an out-of-network provider for therapy and do not accept insurance for psychotherapy services. Many clients choose to use HSA/FSA funds, and I’m happy to provide a superbill if you’d like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement.

Insurance is accepted only for neurofeedback services. We can talk through details and options during our consultation, so everything feels clear.

  • We’ll start by connecting briefly by phone to make sure working together feels like a good fit. If it does, we can schedule an initial session from there. You’re welcome to call or email to get started.

  • I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full fee for the time reserved for you.

  • Therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions designed to keep you and others safe. I would only need to break confidentiality if there were concerns about serious harm to you or someone else.

  • Initial intake appointments for neurofeedback can be held virtually or in Phoenixville. Brain mapping is completed in Phoenixville using specialized equipment. Ongoing neurofeedback training sessions take place in my Wayne office.
